Quotes

Quotes are based on the information and photos you give us. They're valid for 7 days unless we agree otherwise. If the vehicle differs materially from the description when we arrive (for example missing parts, extra damage, or a different model), we may revise the offer. You're free to decline the revised offer and nothing is owed by either party.

Ownership

You must be the owner of the vehicle, or authorised by the owner, and the vehicle must be free of finance or other encumbrances. We'll ask for photo ID and proof of ownership at pickup, and we may refuse a purchase if ownership can't be confirmed.

Payment and removal

Payment is made at pickup by cash or instant bank transfer before the vehicle is removed. Removal within our Toowoomba and Darling Downs service area is free. Any costs for locations outside that area, or for items needing special equipment, will be agreed before booking.

Registration and personal items

Please remove personal belongings, e-tags and number plates (if registered) before pickup. It's your responsibility to cancel or transfer the registration with Transport and Main Roads. We're not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
