iTow Cash for Cars is operated by iTow Towing (ABN 75 634 546 893), 43 Vanity St, Rockville QLD 4350 ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you request a quote or sell a vehicle to us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb or address, vehicle details and photos, and the proof of identity and ownership needed to complete a purchase.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and give you an offer
- To arrange pickup and payment
- To keep records of vehicles we buy, as required by law
- To prevent fraud and the sale of stolen vehicles
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Quote form submissions, including any photos you upload, are emailed to us through SMTP2GO, an email delivery service. The website itself doesn't store them. We may also share information with government agencies or police where the law requires it.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as we need it for business or legal purposes.

Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we'll try to resolve it. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
