How much will I get for my car?
It depends on the make, model, year, condition and current metal prices. Call, text or fill in the quote form with the details, and we'll give you a firm offer. Photos help us get it right.
Is towing really free?
Yes. Removal is free anywhere in our Toowoomba and Darling Downs service area, and we never take a towing fee out of your offer. For items well outside the area, or very heavy machinery, we'll confirm any costs before we book.
How do I get paid?
On the spot when we collect the vehicle. You can take cash or an instant bank transfer (Osko/PayID), whichever you prefer.
How quickly can you pick it up?
In Toowoomba, within one day of you accepting our offer. For Dalby and Warwick, the next day. Elsewhere on the Darling Downs, we'll book a time when you accept. We pick up 7am to 6pm, 7 days a week.
What do I need to have ready?
Photo ID (such as a driver licence) and proof that the vehicle is yours, ideally the registration papers or a receipt. Please also take out your personal belongings and remove any e-tag.
What if the car isn't registered or doesn't run?
That's fine. We buy unregistered, non-running, damaged and written-off vehicles every day.
What about the number plates and rego?
If the vehicle is still registered, remove the plates before we leave. Then cancel or transfer the registration with Transport and Main Roads (TMR) so it's no longer in your name. We can point you to the right forms.
Do you buy vehicles with money still owing?
We can only buy a vehicle that's free of finance. If there's a loan on it, talk to us first. In most cases the debt has to be cleared before the sale.
Is the offer binding once I accept?
Our offer is based on what you tell us. If the vehicle matches the description when we arrive, that's what you're paid. If it's quite different, we'll explain why before making a new offer, and you can say no.
Are you part of iTow Towing?
Yes. iTow Cash for Cars is run by the iTow Towing team in Rockville, Toowoomba, using the same trucks and the same people.
